Learn how your cycle works, in one hour.
This is the menstrual cycle education you never got in health class. You'll learn what's happening in your body across the whole month, get a simple framework for making sense of it, and leave ready to start tracking your own rhythm.
There's no date on the calendar right now, but if you join the list, you'll be the first to hear when there is.
We sit in circle, and we learn together.
When you arrive, I'll welcome you and we'll sit together in circle. From there, we go through the material, and it moves pretty quickly, so I'll ask you to hold your questions for the Q&A at the end. That's usually my favorite part of the whole workshop, because women ask such good questions.
You'll leave with a workshop packet and resources you can keep coming back to. I'll leave the rest as a nice surprise.
"I never thought about my cycle like that before."
Women tell me this workshop changes their life. The Four Seasons framework especially helps them understand their different energies and what's going on in their bodies, and it gives them a better way to explain it to the people in their lives who don't bleed.
By the end, they see how much it matters to track and pay attention to their cycle, and most of them are excited to start charting. More than anything, they leave knowing they can understand their bodies and work with them.
"I wish I'd known this 10 years ago. Amanda helped me understand how to work with my body and its cycles, including easy lifestyle adjustments, and even how to express to others how I'm feeling at certain times of my cycle."

One hour is just the beginning.
A lot of women leave feeling like this is everything they need, and I love that. But one hour only scratches the surface.
If you want to go deeper, I offer one-on-one coaching that's personalized to you and what you need next.
Any woman who still has a period.
This workshop is for women who are bleeding, at any stage. It's geared toward women 18 and up, all the way through perimenopause. It isn't a perimenopause workshop, but as long as you still have a period, it's worth tracking.
If you're in menopause, you're still welcome, especially if you'd like to learn this to share with the younger women in your life.
Bring this workshop to your group.
I offer in-person workshops in the Portland area and live virtual workshops for studios, women's groups, schools, and workplaces. Each one is adapted to the group in the room.
